I live in the beautiful Arizona Red Rock Country. My writing is inspired by the flavors of Mexican traditional dishes and my childhood memories of living in a small farming community in central México.

I have always enjoyed cooking and experimenting with different ingredients. For me cooking is a creative and relaxing activity.

I love photography, tea, cats, the sound of the ocean, sunrises, and sunsets.
